Goods will be shipped once payment in full is received, unless prior arrangement is made, conditional of product availability. If part payment is received, goods will not be shipped until remaining payment has been received, unless prior arrangements have been made. Once payment in full is received your order will be "in process".
Goods will be shipped from New Zealand. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties, taxes and or other charges specific to their country.
You will be notified by email that your product has been shipped. A tracking number for your package is available upon request.
You must notify Lindsay International (ANZ) Pty. Ltd. promptly if you package does not arrive or if the product is in any way damaged upon receipt.
You may make changes to your order by written (email) confirmation before the order is "in process".
Changes made to orders may affect shipping times and produce delays.
There is no fee to make changes to your order prior to it being "in process".
Your order may be cancelled prior to "in process" without penalty. Non-standard items cannot be cancelled without penalty after it is "in process".
Written (email) confirmation of cancellation must be submitted.
Merchandise must be authorised for return, at the discretion Lindsay International (ANZ) Pty. Ltd.
Returns must be freight pre-paid, in new resalable condition, and is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days, and are subject to any fees and/or charges applicable.
FieldMAP software comes with a 1 year warranty, and all Garmin products come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty claims are to be directed to Lindsay International (ANZ) Pty. Ltd. for follow-up with Garmin Australasia Ltd.
Improper use of any product will void the warranty.
The above warranties are given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the warranty of merchantability or of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose, which warranties are expressly disclaimed. Purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement (at Lindsay's option) of defective products or software. It is expressly agreed that Lindsay assumes no liability for indirect, incidental punitive, consequential or other damages of any kind or description, including lost profits or expenses, even if informed of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with or by reason of a breach of this contract. Warranties arising thereform, or from the software or products, the liability of Lindsay arising out of supplying software or product or its use shall not in any case be greater in amount than the net purchase price of the equipment.
